Amberlights try to provide accurate, honest and detailed descriptions and photographs. As a natural material, wooden items may contain minor flaws or distortions due to the nature of wood. Please be aware of this as the natural properties of wood are not product defects.

Wooden products do require occasional care to maintain the quality and finish of the product. 

Please get in touch should you have any questions regarding any of our items prior to purchase.

All electrical products supplied by Amberlights are PAT-tested to comply with UK electrical safety regulations.

Refunds and Exchanges 

An order may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase and returned to us for a full refund provided that any items are returned in 'as new' condition and in full. This does not apply to bespoke/made-to-order items.

Beyond this period, we are only able to offer a refund on items which prove to be faulty for a period of 6 months after purchase.

In any instance if you are not completely happy with your purchase then please contact us personally and we will do our best to help. 

Shipping

If purchasing a lamp, please keep in mind, here in UK, we work on 220 volts. Not all countries work the same. This is not a big issue as the lamps will still work in all countries but you will have to replace the bulb and plug to your correct fittings, which we will advise you on purchase. Of course, please send us an email if you have any questions before purchasing.
